But when I turned to speak
you were gone

But I waited a moment
you were gone

but as my eyes were closed
you were gone

I searched up and down
You were gone
I wanted to say hello
Instead I was silent
Because you were gone
Let me say hello
for when I shut my eyes
You're still there.
