Thoughts of love and hate
Join forces and attack
my consciousness
Robbing my body
of much needed sleep
Leaving me inside
my own daydreams
Is it immutable?
This cycle to last
forever
It's overtaken the avenues of
Rational thought
Leaving no time to ponder
the other mysteries of life.
