Kristin's Book Log

I'm behind again on posting.

Chris Genoa's Foop! is a silly little time travel novel. Parts were really funny, but overall it wasn't entirely compelling.

Josephine Carr's The Dewey Decimal System of Love amused me greatly. I'm not normally a romance novel person, but since this one was about a librarian I enjoyed reading it.

Stansilaw Lem's Solaris was a book club pick. I'd read it many many years ago but didn't remember much about it. It was ok, but didn't do much for me this time around. I'm wondering if it's just because I'm older.

Siva Vaidhyanathan's The Anarchist in the Library is about the societal effects of technology. I bought it last fall from Loompanics but ended up reading it for a grad school class to write a review on it.
