Kristin's Book Log

Monday, March 26, 2007
This year's Seattle Reads book is The Namesake by Jhumpa Lahiri. I've had it since Christmas but just now finally had a chance to read it. I'm now looking forward to the author events coming up and want to see the movie.

Comments:
I just started it this weekend. Thirty pages in, so far so good. I want to see the movie, too. Blog about how the author events go!

The movie was good. Despite a few changesit was pretty faithful to the book (though chopped out a couple of big sections to make it fit in less than 4 hours :)
